Terms of Service

1. Enrollment and Registration

To enroll in our courses, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• Students under 18 must have parental consent to enroll
• We reserve the right to verify student information
• False or misleading information may result in termination of services

2. Payments and Fees

All fees are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed. Payment plans are available for certain programs. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. While we don't offer refunds after services are rendered, we do provide:

• 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not happy within the first 7 days of enrollment and have attended 2 or fewer classes, we'll issue a full refund.
• Free Trial Class: New students can request one free trial class before committing to enrollment.
• Credit Transfer: Instead of a refund, you can transfer your remaining credit to another family member or apply it to future months.
• Pause Option: Need a break? You can pause your subscription for up to 2 months without losing your progress or pricing.
• No Refunds After 7 Days: After 7 days or after attending 3+ classes, no refunds will be issued. This is because our teachers reserve time specifically for each student.

4. Class Attendance and Punctuality

Regular attendance is essential for student success. Please adhere to the following:

• Students should log in 5 minutes before class starts
• Teachers will wait up to 10 minutes for late students
• Three unexcused absences may result in removal from the program without refund
• Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for excused absences

5. Code of Conduct

All students, parents, and teachers must maintain respectful behavior. We do not tolerate:

• Harassment, bullying, or disrespectful language
• Disruptive behavior during classes
• Sharing login credentials with unauthorized users
• Recording classes without permission
• Violation of Islamic values and ethics

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, PDFs, quizzes, and other content, are the property of Al-Misbah Academy. You may not:

• Share, sell, or distribute our materials without permission
• Record or stream classes publicly
• Use our materials for commercial purposes
• Reproduce or modify our content without written consent

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Al-Misbah Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 6 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other students, teachers, or the Academy. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for technical issues, internet connectivity, or third-party platform failures.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Al-Misbah Academy operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
